Soori High Line

Designed by renowned architect Soo K. Chan of SCDA Architects and developed by Siras Oriel, the Soori High Line residential complex boasts 31 exclusive apartments ranging between one and five bedrooms. The building is located in Chelsea, one of the most on-trend and buzzing neighborhoods in Manhattan and borders the famed High Line, an elevated 40 square-kilometre park that sits on a former abandoned railway.
Spaces have been greatly enhanced with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows; architectural features that open up visual links between areas of the home that are usually separate. What’s more, 16 of these residences include heated indoor pools with ionized salt water.
Poliform and Varenna were the exclusive furnishing partners. In keeping with the highest quality standards, both living room and bedroom systems were utilized for a comprehensive design, along with interior furnishings and kitchens from the Poliform|Varenna collection: clever combinations of shapes, colors, finishes and details that express today’s modern design deeply rooted in the brand’s great tradition. The language implemented by Poliform continues to be Italian because this is the only way it can be understood and appreciated across all countries or by any culture.
