AM TACHELES is a new urban district in the heart of Berlin-Mitte. A major urban development, masterplanned by Herzog & de Meuron, with contributions from renowned architecture firms Grüntuch-Ernst Architekten and Brandlhuber + Muck Petzet for the design of its office and residential buildings. The project revolves around a large central plaza, animated by shops, restaurants, cafés, and commercial spaces, creating a vibrant and dynamic community.

Two interpretations of style, two haute cuisine proposals, one single inspiration: the essence of Joël Robuchon’s signature cuisine. Robuchon Monaco and Le Petit Café Robuchon are the new destinations of the JR Robuchon group in the heart of Monaco. Both spaces, designed by Francis Sultana, express a distinctive aesthetic language where ethnic accents intertwine with refined Art Deco suggestions inspired by the 1920s and 1930s. Poliform, through its Contract Division, played a key role in this project, contributing custom-made furnishings that enhance the identity and atmosphere of each environment.

The Twiga club opens in Milan with a project by Stefano Belingardi Architects and interior design by Poliform Contract, giving new identity to the iconic brand.

In the heart of Astana, the 330 m² duplex penthouse in the prestigious Akbulak Riviera complex unfolds across two levels, offering sweeping views of two riverfronts, the city skyline, and the surrounding natural landscape. Twiga Monte Carlo reveals a new and distinctive allure following its acquisition by LMDV Hospitality, the group led by Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio. The brand’s identity—shaped across iconic destinations from Versilia to Baia Beniamin, Porto Cervo, and Milan—finds new expression in Monaco, where a sophisticated interior redesign reflects a renewed vision of luxury hospitality.

Poliform Praha completes an exclusive apartment in the iconic V-Tower, where timeless design meets panoramic views of the city. The project embodies a refined vision of contemporary living, with a strong focus on harmony between space, light, and the surrounding urban landscape, including breathtaking views of Prague’s historic city center.

The new Twiga Porto Cervo rewrites history, reshaping this iconic location that embodies the Italian “dolce vita.” The atmosphere evolves under the vision of LMDV Hospitality Group, which acquired the venue from the former Billionaire; architecture and interiors are renewed through the project by Stefano Belingardi Architects, while the design is further refined by Poliform with fully bespoke, custom-made scenographic solutions. With this project, the company continues its synergistic collaboration with the group, following Twiga Versilia, Twiga Milano and Twiga Monte Carlo.

Design project of a private house, with an area of 1000 square meters, is located in one of the fastest developing areas of the capital of Kazakhstan – Deputatsky town. Within walking distance is a magnificent park and developed infrastructure.
