The Sky Marbella is a residential development by Rivestia Costa del Sol, conceived around the “One Project. One Vision” concept. Architecture, interior design and technology are considered from the outset as part of a single, integrated project. This approach is made possible through the collaboration between Gunni & Trentino, a Spanish company specialising in interior design and complete solutions for residential and contract projects, and Illusion, a benchmark in home automation and lighting. Bringing a consistent design language to the 50 apartments and 16 premium villas that make up the development, scheduled for completion in 2027, are interiors furnished by Poliform.
Villa Lyra in Benahavís offers a first glimpse of the scale and appeal of the project. The show villa embodies the idea of a fully integrated design vision, coordinating materials, furniture, style and even art, with a selection curated directly by Juan Alfaro, Art Manager at Gunni & Trentino.
In Villa Lyra, as in every apartment and villa within The Sky Marbella, architecture and interiors open out towards the spectacular surrounding landscape, while maximising the presence of natural light. Large windows and furniture chosen for its visual lightness create the sensation of floating above the scenery. Generous terraces, swimming pools and gardens further enhance this effect, establishing a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.
Poliform collections complement this architectural vision throughout the home, from the living areas to the bedrooms. The interiors follow a refined total-look concept defined by soft, neutral tones, tactile materials and an elegant, understated design language.
This approach is already apparent in the kitchen, featuring the Alea Pro model, and continues into the living area with the Saint-Germain sofa, Mad Chair armchairs and Onda pouf. In the bedroom, the Onda bedside table is paired with the Sara mirror, while the wardrobes throughout the residence express Poliform’s distinctive approach to bespoke, architectural design.
