DISCOVER

In the heart of Chelsea, the Poliform retail team has completed a townhouse on Phene Street defined by harmony, proportion, and a timeless architectural language. The project unfolds as a sequence of atmospheres, each space connected by a continuity of materials and finishes. The project further solidifies Poliform as a trusted partner in the UK, where traditional architecture blends with Italian contemporary design.
The kitchen is conceived as the centre of the home, where the Phoenix range combines the depth of black elm veneer with the purity of embossed lacquer bianco. A stainless steel Barazza worktop together with a snacktop in black elm invites conviviality. From this core, the design extends into more intimate settings: the cloakroom, defined by Alea in embossed lacquer canapa and a Hide invecchiato bench top.

The study introduces a rhythm of vertical and horizontal planes, articulated through spessart oak veneer and back panels in moka lacquer, creating a balance between openness and enclosure. In the dressing room, the Ubik wardrobe in walnut melamine is refined by champagne hardware and bronze mirror details, shaping a space with elegance and discretion.
The master bedroom takes on a serene, luminous atmosphere, the Senzafine wardrobes are presented with Plus Glass doors in bronze reflecting glass and New Entry lacquered doors in ottone metal lacquer, accented with moka rail handles. Inside, canvas beige melamine adds a warm tactility. This dialogue continues into the loft landing, where Senzafine wardrobes in canapa lacquer with champagne handles, paired with walnut melamine interiors, bring coherence and rhythm to the circulation space.
In the basement, the matt lacquer canapa surface panels integrate seamlessly with Senzafine wardrobes in the same finish. New Entry doors and champagne lacquer rail handles introduce refinement, while interiors in walnut melamine recall the materiality of the upper floors.
From the kitchen to the bedrooms, the project reflects Poliform’s philosophy: an architecture of essential lines, different finishes, and subtle contrasts, resulting in a home that is at once contemporary, elegant, and timeless.
