The conventions of luxury residential living are redefined at Haiwei Zhongtian | Anpu Court, a new villa development in Hangzhou where international design influences and local traditions coexist in seamless harmony. Developed by Haiwei Real Estate and Zhongtian Meihao Group, the project also features Poliform’s contribution to the creation of two show residences.
The development comprises 22 villas, covering a total area of 27,000 square metres and offering exceptionally spacious, carefully articulated interiors. Its setting makes the project even more exclusive: located on the southern bank of Hangzhou’s river, the architecture is surrounded by lush natural scenery. As the birthplace of the city’s urban development, the area offers residents the opportunity to experience Hangzhou’s vibrant city life beyond their doorstep while enjoying peace and tranquillity at home.
The development is shaped by the concept of a beauty that transcends time, expressed through a refined sense of proportion, precise rigour, geometric purity and understated elegance. These principles draw direct inspiration from the work of great masters of architecture such as Le Corbusier, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and Louis Kahn, extending across the architecture, landscape and interiors alike.
The two show residences bring this vision fully to life, in perfect harmony with Poliform’s design language and the values on which the brand has built its identity.
Designed entirely by MDO, the first residence spans 430 square metres. Poliform solutions include the Alea Pro kitchen, conceived as a dry kitchen; the Ernest sofa, which furnishes the sunken lounge; and a generous wardrobe system with Ego glass doors in the principal bedroom.
The second residence extends over 510 square metres, with interiors designed by CCD. Here, Poliform once again takes centre stage in the living area, with the comfort of the Saint-Germain sofa and the convivial appeal of the Kensington table paired with Leopold chairs. In the sleeping area, a further sequence of wardrobes with Ego glass doors completes the interior.
