A single-family villa of the sixties, a trademark in Forte dei Marmi, a rational structure with volumes defining the large external and internal openings, in balance with all that surrounds it, starting from the big maritime pines that dialogue with the house. The project, signed by arch. Massimo Iosa Ghini, mantains the original structure of the house but changes the layout of the spaces making them more liveable and rational.
Poliform systems and complements, with their natural elegance, are perfectly integrated in this context: a perfect mix of contemporary architecture and design interiors.
