Poliform strengthens its presence in Versilia together with LMDV Hospitality. After creating the fully bespoke interior design for Twiga Versilia, the company now signs the interiors of Casa Fiori Chiari Versilia, the new beach club of the luxury hospitality group led by Leonardo Maria del Vecchio.
Casa Fiori Chiari rises in Marina di Pietrasanta, in the location that once hosted the Vesta restaurant – now part of Twiga Versilia, with the aim of combining high-level entertainment and fine dining – and reinterprets the authentic, elegantly informal spirit of the brand, born in Milan’s Brera district and inspired by the historic Via Fiori Chiari.
As in the Milan venue, the Versilia space was designed by the Fanti Bozzetti Menegon studio, which expresses the concept of the “Italian home” through welcoming spaces and natural materials. The atmosphere is warm and understated, dominated by neutral tones – with brick as the key color – and by a refined play of textures: wood and straw alternate, enriched with decorative details that evoke a domestic intimacy. Striped fabrics recall the seaside tradition, while elements such as slatted tables and director’s chairs pay homage to the maritime spirit of Versilia.
Poliform’s Contract Division translated this concept into a custom furnishing project of great aesthetic consistency. Every element, from structures to furniture, was made to design, highlighting the company’s expertise: flooring, ceiling and wall coverings where woven straw becomes a decorative motif and a distinctive sign; the bar and DJ counters, benches and wooden panadore with clean, strong lines, and the upholstered sofas that create convivial Mediterranean-inspired corners. The setting is completed by tables and seats custom-designed for the project.
