インテリアデザインは、建築プロジェクトと一体化しています。リビングルームでは、ソファが斜めのラインと直角のライン、鋭いエッジと丸みを帯びたエッジを融合させ、くつろぎと会話を誘うダイナミックな空間を創り出しています。細いラインと上質な仕上げのデイシステムは、本棚として構成されており、エッセンシャルでありながら豊かな趣を醸し出します。
リビングルームの中央には、対照的に配置された2つのSydneyソファが、人々が集うラウンジエリアを形作り、暖炉の前に置かれた2つのMad Jokerアームチェアが、よりプライベートなコーナーを演出します。厳密な幾何学的形状を持つ建築石材が、景観を切り取ります。
ダイニングエリアは、時代を超越したエレガンスにインスピレーションを得ています。 ガラス扉を備えたデイシステムは、クラシックなサイドボードを現代的にアレンジしたもので、円形のテーブルに合わせて配置されています。テーブルの中央には回転する要素があり、皆で食卓を囲む楽しいひとときの中心となります。温かみのある色調と天然素材が、心地よさを高めます。
リビングと同じWall Systemシステムを、ここではサイドボードとして解釈。エレガントに整理整頓された小物が、ガラス扉を通して見えます。ラウンドテーブルは食卓を囲む人々の間に親密さをもたらし、スレンダーなラインのIpanemaチェアは、視覚的な軽やかさと洗練された美しさの両方を表現しています。
Michael Anastassiades is a cultured and refined designer who has made minimalism the stylistic code of his work. In his studio, which he founded in London in 1994, he creates objects of extraordinary beauty, with a special fondness for the world of lighting. He is widely recognized as one of the most interesting designers of these years, and some of his works have entered the permanent collections of museums such as the V&A in London and the MoMA in New York.
