Our warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and covers all manufacturing defects. The warranty period enters into force from the date printed on your receipt or sales slip. You may be asked to present proof of purchase when requesting service. The warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser. It covers repair or replacement of unusable or defective parts free of charge during the warranty period after inspection and acceptance by Poliform or its agent. Natural variations in the colour of the wood, changes in colour under ambient or artificial light, slight variations in dimensions owing to high humidity or dry conditions and the grain of wood, knots or other natural characteristics of wood products are not covered by the warranty. As to suede and leather, occasional natural marks, wrinkles, changes in brightness and tone, specks and slight imperfections folds due to extension after regular use, are not considered defects but are the distinctive traits of natural and authentic products. In some cases (aged-looking leather, above all with light colours), these features are especially marked, as the kind of tanning for these leathers tends to point out the pureness of the product and not to cover it with painting or pressure print.

Some types of fabric show features due to the composition and the kind of manufacturing that aren’t to be considered as defects. For example: “staple” or “streaked” and “crumpled effect” for linen ”spotted effect” or “curl” , the ”light/dark effect” and the ”imprint effect” for velvets and chenille. In fabrics, suedes or leather, each production lot can present slight variations in colour as compared to samples or products produced in the past. The warranty excludes damage resulting from careless or incorrect furniture installation, potential damage from accidents such as that resulting from a fall, impact, natural disaster, fire and, in any case, all defects that cannot be attributed to defects in the manufacture of the product. Moreover, the warranty is not valid in the event that our products are disassembled, modified or repaired by anyone other than authorised poliform personnel. Damage due to poor upkeep or improper use of the product are not considered defects of manufacture. You will find useful recommendations in the instruction booklet regarding the use and care of your product. If you have any doubts or require further information, consult the Poliform reseller where your product was purchased. For any situation not expressly covered by this warranty. Legal provisions shall apply.

The spring mattress is a traditional mattress, but every detail is treated with utmost care to provide a superior comfort level. This kind of mattress is the result of constant research, technological innovation and scrupolous inspections. The accordance to the EC rules and the ISO 9002 certification is a further assurance of their quality. The inner and outer structure is produced with carefully selected advanced materials. Inside the high quality cotton structure there are tempered steel wire springs and non-allergenic materials, shaped into a rigidity-controlled structure. The Comfort and Ortopedico versions are seasonal, with a summer side in cotton and a winter side in wool. The boxed spring mattress accomplishes comfort with a use of independent springs whose density is three times the one of a regular mattress. Thanks to the fibertex box, each spring can move individually and becomes undeformable. In this way the distribution of the body weight on the mattress surface is supported in each point, granting a always correct position. The interior stuffing is in wool and cotton and the covers are made of very high quality materials. Mattresses in viscoelastic foam are totally synthetic, innovative hydrocarbon derivatives, sophisticated and with high comfort. Viscoelastic foam is made of millions microcells; this cellular structure enables the mattress to model itself according to the warmth and weight of the body and to return to the original shape in a slow and controlled way, thanks to the polyurethane properties.

The poliform collection includes a twisted viscose satin cover including anti-mite sanitized® treatment, together with a feature designed to ensure maximum well-being, the innovative amicor pure™ fabric that guarantees the elimination of allergens and mites that are normally present in mattresses.

The sanitized® anti-mite cover has fungistatic, bacteriostatic and anti-mite properties. The active ingredients are harmless to the skin and incorporated into the fibres without any surface treatment.
The sanitized® product is applied evenly through soaking.
The antibacterial agent t 25-25 silver with silver salts avoids the formation and multiplication of bacteria, funguses, moulds and mites and guarantees a complete and lasting hygene.
The benefits of a fabric with sanitized® treatment are:

Lasting antimicrobic effect against gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including mrsa bacteria, which are responsible of 60% of skin infections.
Lasting hygienic freshness.
It reduces effectively the formation of odours, it is anallergic and dermatologic tested.

Amicor pure™ reduces the allergens and microbes that settle in bedding and blankets. A slow spreading mechanism supplies a barely adequate quantities of extremely safe antimicrobial substances, for both you and the environment. Amicor pure™ contains additives and benefits safe for the skin and is intrinsically soft. The central part of the fiber acts as a reservoir, continuously renewing the lasting effect. It can be washed with a maximum temperature of 60°c. All amicor fibres are projected to last as long as the products they are used in. The effect is not eliminated by washing and does Not end with the use. Amicor pure™ brand guarantees all this.

Poliform recommends that you do not dispose of your product in the outdoors. Because of our manufacturing technology and the routine use of recyclable materials, discarded Poliform products can be re-used in the manufacturing process. For this reason, drop off your Poliform product at the waste disposal centres within your municipality.
To facilitate the collection, reuse, recovery and recycling of packaging, we inform you that the packaging is composed as follows: PAP20 carton, PELD 04 cellophane.
