A house in touch with nature, immersed in the landscape

A villa that is both bold and archaic, where the landscape also makes its mark on the interior. Between the classical and the modern, pure lines and textured materials, natural colours and bright accents, this home epitomises a contemporary, cosmopolitan lifestyle.

The living room

The sofa is the star of the living room. A comfort island set in the centre of the room and raised above the floor, created by combining different elements. The outcome is a spacious double-sided seat that accommodates different needs for relaxation and socialising, while facing both the interior of the villa and the surrounding landscape.

The dining room

The dining area is also elevated and enjoys a special view beyond the large windows. On the wall next to the large table is an elegant suspended composition, consisting of cabinets with doors and glass fronts. The finishings are exquisite: the tabletop is made of marble and the chairs are upholstered in leather.

In the dining room, the Mondrian table stands out for its light and elegant design and the sophisticated combination of marble and metal. The table is complemented by Manta chairs: as comfortable as armchairs and completely upholstered in leather, they are a bold choice in an environment where attention to detail is key and aesthetics are as important as functionality – as demonstrated by the Code system, with its elegant glass display cabinets and shelves.

The kitchen

The operational heart of the kitchen is the large central island, with a snack counter and suspended hood. The storage area is visible, with glass-fronted cabinets and fitted backs that make the space both practical and visually appealing.

The model selected is Artex, the kitchen created for the most exclusive settings. Making it special are the tailored finishes that characterise the door profiles and the high-quality materials. In keeping with the other areas of the house, solid wood, marble and glass are the main features, with textures and shades that seem to melt into the surrounding nature.

The second living room

The second living room area is more intimate and contained but functional nonetheless. The L-shaped sofa is designed to make the most of your television viewing experience, but is also ideal for family gatherings. The large shelf of the living room system transforms into a home office workstation, meeting the needs of a sophisticated and contemporary lifestyle.

The Westside sofa, which was interpreted in a double-sided form in the main living room, features in the second living room in a more traditional configuration. The atmosphere here is more intimate, as is clearly emphasised by the panelling on the windows, which shields the light. On the walls, the Code system is interpreted both as a storage unit and a desk, creating an ideal corner for reading, studying or working.

The Wardrobe

In the sleeping area, ample space is dedicated to the walk-in wardrobe equipped with hanging drawer units and shelves. The distinctive architectural layout of the space, which revolves around a small hidden garden, makes this environment intimate and almost suspended in time.

The area dedicated to wardrobes features two configurations of the iconic Senzafine system: the walk-in wardrobe, which reinterprets the storage function in a light and elegant way, and the closed wardrobe. The spacious and airy environment has a contemporary design, designed more as a place to spend time at leisure rather than a service area.

The Master bedroom

In the bedroom, the simplicity of the furnishings is emphasised by the choice of luxurious finishes, such as the bed, which is upholstered in leather with a capitonné finish. This space also overlooks the hidden garden, which has been designed to allow you to remain in visual contact with nature from every area of the house.

The Onda bed was chosen for the master bedroom, combining contemporary lines with traditional craftsmanship. A simple curved line serves as the base and headboard, enhancing the modernist-inspired design that runs throughout the home. Gentlemen armchairs create a relaxation area inspired by the concept of a suite.

The private living room

The sleeping area also includes a private living room, intended for family use and is inaccessible to guests. The lounge area, bookcase and bar cabinet hint at a private retreat, a space in which to relax and reflect, away from everyone else.

In the private living room, Gentlemen sofas and armchairs encourage moments of relaxation. Soft curves and slender feet emphasise its elegant style, inspired by that of gentlemen of yesteryear. The Code system is presented as a bookcase and accompanied by a sideboard configured as a bar cabinet.

The Guest bedroom

The second bedroom has a more traditional configuration. The sleeping area overlooks the world of suites: it is complemented by a relaxation corner and a wardrobe area, thus transforming it into a space to be enjoyed throughout the day.

The Senzafine system was also chosen for the guest bedroom. Here, the wall of wardrobes is interspersed with a dressing area that serves a dual purpose: from an aesthetic point of view, it lightens the architecture by creating a niche, while from a functional point of view, it creates a space dedicated to personal care.
