Each perfectly appointed luxury apartment is intelligently designed and delicately infused with stylistic and functional elegance for modern living. Poliform’s wardrobes, created with impeccable attention to detail and innovation, add to the refined interiors of the apartments.

Poliform UK’s contract division designed, supplied, and installed the wardrobes for the brand-new Elie Saab Residences located a stone’s throw away from Hyde Park. The building, dating back to the 19th century, was tastefully rebuilt to house 15 apartments ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms. The design brief included designing the full-height wardrobes to fit the different ceiling heights and angles, as well as following the Elie Saab signature style of rich features and masterful finishes.

In the heart of Mayfair, one of London’s most exclusive districts, 138 Park Lane comprises 4 luxury apartments of distinction where Poliform supplied the kitchens.

Poliform supplied and installed the wardrobes, kitchens, and doors for the 22 apartments which included 49 wardrobes. This development at the heart of Westminster 67 Tufton Street restored a historic building and capture its architectural heritage. We set out with a clear vision for the development that is hinged on retaining the finer features of a historic building, whilst sensitively introducing 22 stylish, modern luxury apartments.

Poliform was awarded the wardrobe package for this mixed-use development bordering the Thames on the old Hammersmith Distillery Site, Fulham Riverside provides blocks of premium residential flats with leisure facilities.

Poliform was awarded the wardrobe and kitchen packages for the 20 apartments at this brand-new development in Aldwych at the heart of the West End few minutes from the Strand and Covent Garden. The development comprises of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and two penthouses with views of the river.

Poliform has designed, supplied, and installed various bespoke elements for the Podium Library, Residential Bar, Pantry Kitchen and Private Dining Area for the communal areas of a double-towered residential project located in the exclusive One Thames City, a brand-new development in South London between Vauxhall and Battersea overlooking the River Thames.

Poliform supplied the 136 wardrobes for the 130 apartments in the third block of the brand-new development at the heart of Battersea ‘Coda’. The 23-storey block features contemporary apartments filled with character and texture ranging from studio to three bedrooms.

Poliform was awarded the kitchen package for the 10 apartments at the refurbished development in Cornwall Gardens at the heart of Kensington, moments away from Gloucester Road and the Natural History Museum.

Poliform was awarded the wardrobe package for the 218 apartments of the first phase of the Earl’s Court Lillie Square development which included the supply and installation of 392 wardrobes.

Poliform was appointed with the wardrobe and door packages for the second phase of the Lillie Square development located in Earl’s Court, West London. The 190 units featured 402 wardrobes and Lualdi doors.

Poliform designed, supplied, and installed the wardrobes and kitchens for the 24 apartments at this brand-new development located at the heart of Westminster. We supplied the Alea kitchens for all apartments and the Senzafine wardrobe with sliding doors for the bedrooms.

In the heart of Shoreditch, a short distance from London’s financial district, Long & Waterson Apartaments is a complex of luxury lofts, the result of a major redevelopment project that has combined existing buildings with new constructions.

Poliform was awarded the kitchen and wardrobe packages for the brand-new apartments at 27-28 Kensington Court. The 10 kitchens and 46 wardrobes were supplied and installed for the ten luxury residential apartments over five storeys in the late Victorian conversion building which is a short walk from Kensington Palace.

Poliform supplied and installed the wardrobes and doors for the 53 apartments at 21 Young Street, a brand-new development in Kensington located off the High Street. The 126 wardrobes and 22 doors by Lualdi were installed in an ode to true craftsmanship, to fine materials, and the ultimate art of living well.

Poliform designed, supplied, and installed the kitchens for the 11 apartments featuring one, two, and three bedrooms, directly opposite Bond Street station adjacent to Marylebone Lane and the exclusive boutiques of London’s West End.

Poliform was awarded the supply of 61 internal doors and 5 entrance doors as well as the lift paneling for this modern yet striking new luxury development in Kensington, between Holland Park and Kensington Palace. Poliform supplied and installed the wardrobes and kitchens for the 13 apartments at this new Soho development on Broadwich Street. The 13 individually designed penthouses arranged around the central atrium all have large roof terraces and beautiful views overlooking Soho.

Poliform through its dedicated Contract team was awarded the joinery package for the 11 luxurious one-, two- and three-bedroom penthouses at the brand-new TCRW Soho development which will rise above the new Cross Rail entrance on Dean Street.

The Poliform Bespoke team designed, supplied and installed wardrobes and kitchens at Woodredon House, situated at the heart of Epping Forest in 5 acres of private grounds.
Woodredon House, the fourth project Poliform completes with the developer, is a grand country residence that combines both Victorian and Edwardian detailing, today made contemporary thanks to new modern wings and technological advancements.
Surrounded by ancient woodland and nestled amongst mature trees, the estate comprises 11 units, and a neighbouring detached residence, the Coach House.
The challenge for the Poliform team was not only to meet the high standards of luxury living but also to create design solutions that harmonise with the distinctive preferences and financial considerations of the developer.

The Poliform Bespoke division team collaborated closely with the R&F internal design team for a vast scale, landmark project at the heart of the Nine Elms regeneration project, one of the most exciting areas of London. The mixed-use One Nine Elms development comprises two iconic towers: Park Hyatt London River Thames and River Park Tower.
This includes 19 floors of hotel space dedicated to the brand-new 5-star Park Hyatt hotel, and a further 25 floors of high end, luxury Park Hyatt London River Thames Residences, whilst River Park Tower comprises luxurious residential flats, making up one of Europe’s tallest residential towers totalling more than 204m in height.
The two towers are linked together with a glazed bridge, while a large lounge and sky garden located on level 50 of River Park Tower offers panoramic views of London across the River Thames.

In line with the concept created by the design studio, the Bespoke Team worked on traditional mouldings, cornices, and wall panelling with integrated doors in a variety of veneer finishes and unique designs.

Poliform was awarded the joinery package regarding rooms including walk-in wardrobes, vanity units and more as well as the corridors and the kitchens in the Presidential Suites. The 60-room hotel which will provide unsurpassed amenities and legendary services for discerning guests is further enhanced by an inimitable design of which we are proud to be a part.

The Poliform retail team supplied the dining table, dining chairs and armchairs for a beautiful project by Zulufish in Bedford Park Estate, Chiswick’s green and verdant area, in West London.
The Concorde dining table in marble top with spessart oak wood legs was paired with the Grace dining chairs in leather both with and without armrests.
The iconic Mad armchairs were chosen for an elegant yet eclectic touch.

The Poliform Retail team worked closely with Design Storey, an Oxford based design studio, to supply the furnishings and wardrobes for a beautiful stone Cotswolds house.
The supply included the Concorde dining table, Sophie Lite and Sophie dining chairs, Mad Joker armchairs, Kelly bed, Orbit coffee table, and much more.
This project once again demonstrates Poliform’s ability to design and furnish spaces working alongside interior designers to respond to their clients’ every design and lifestyle need whether in the city or countryside.

An apartment located inside The Bryanston, a luxurious residential building in central London, moments from Marble Arch boastunh stunning views over Hyde Park. Designed by architect Rafael Viñoly, the apartments feature tall ceilings and generously proportioned rooms.

The Poliform Retail team collaborated with Consero Homes Ltd to provide the his and hers walk-in wardrobes and the Alea kitchen for this luxurious new-build home at the heart of Oxshott.

The Poliform Retail Team worked closely with the client to furnish a three bedroom apartment in the prestigious N.1 Palace Street development managed by St Regis, a few steps away from Buckingham Palace.

The Poliform retail team designed, supplied and installed most of the furnishings in a family home at the heart of Wimbledon. Many iconic products were selected from Poliform’s vast catalogue including the Saint Germain sofa, Le Club armchair and Koishi coffee table for the bar room, Wall System desk, Code sideboard and Mad Queen armchair for the study, Kelly bed for the master bedroom, Wall System library for the landing, Mad dining table and chairs as well as Wall System storage and Ventura stools for the dining area and finally the Mondrian sofa and Wall System libraries for the living area.

In elegant Regent’s Park our Retail Team collaborated with LBMV Architects on the supply of the iconic Bristol sofa, Mondrian coffee table and Poliform artwork for this timeless residential project.

The Poliform UK Retail Team worked closely with the client to furnish a lake house in the exclusive Lakes by Yoo development, an 850-acre sustainable estate in the Cotswolds. The 5-bedroom home, looking out directly onto the lake, features a selection of Poliform’s joinery and furniture.
