Poliform Usa took par to the annual event "Taste of T" giving the possibility to some of the more fashionable chefs in New York to cook some delicious and choice dishes of high culinary value into completely equipped and functioning Varenna kitchens.Among the chefs who have undertaken this task are some of the most important names: Laurent Tourondel of the restaurant Bistro Laurent Tourondel, Shaun Hergatt of SHO Shaun Hergatt and Kee ling tong of Kee's Chocolate.During the evening, the New York Times Wine Club has offered wines of the best qualities.Once more Varenna has been able to combine the design of high quality of its kitchens to an event of haute cuisine. 1/11/2009 Poliform Usa took part to the event "Taste of T" organized by The New York Times and by Architects&Designers building.
