POLIFORM AT THE MADE WITH MARCO PIVA
10/10/2011
Finally the Social Housing also comes to Italy.
The Italian interpretation of the Social Housing could only be in key of design.
And perhaps it is really thanks to the design and the technologies made in Italy, that the Social Housing of our country is intended to become one of the housing solutions of the cities of the future.
The challenge and the purpose of Social Home Design is to produce beautiful houses, low cost, in order to stimulate a sector of great social and economic perspectives.
Poliform, attentive to the needs of the market, wanted to face even this challenge: to imagine a house with small surfaces and costs targeted to an audience searching for concrete and innovative solutions because the quality of a space does not depend on the dimensions and design furniture does not necessarily imply a budget for a few.
The Rinascimento project of Marco Piva realized for the Made, the exhibition show for architecture, design, house building and materials, was born out of the principles of the Social Housing and shows how reduced dimensions find the right balance with high design Poliform products like the Alea kitchen, the Sintesi day system, the Shangai sofa, the BB and Bali armchairs, the Ubik walk-in closet, the Dream bed and the Surf wardrobe, the Cheese and Vulcano coffee tables for a house of desire with a reasonable cost.
