THE GUIDELINESThe ISO 9000:2000 puts the customer and his complete satisfaction in the middle of the realization of a management system and at the same time puts the vision of the company as a whole of process linked in a tight relation, oriented to provide products which have the settled requirements, achieving a continuous improvement of the performance. The rule provide a global and completed approach for certification that includes all the components of the workflow and allows Poliform Contract to guarantee a total quality service, from the project phase to the fulfilment of the furniture.
