San José del Cabo, México.
Project: Miguel Ángel Aragonés

An incredibly picturesque piece of architecture, situated on the extreme tip of Baja California Sur, between the Pacific Ocean and the Mexican desert, in extraordinary natural surroundings. Designed by Miguel Angel Aragones as “ a medina - an opening out to sea”, Mar Adentro is an exclusive setting boasting a hotel with 145 rooms and a residential area with 65 apartments and 25 villas, in which every single space has a direct view over the water. Poliform Contract’s contribution to this project ranges from the supply of design
features, such as wooden flooring, panelling and doors, to the provision of fixed and moveable furniture for residential homes, including kitchens and bathrooms, as well as for the restaurant area. All components are in perfect harmony with the architectural style and have been designed exclusively with natural materials,
being characterised by their extreme simplicity.
